The astrologer does not judge anyone's actions or decisions. Even if he considers that the path chosen by the individual is not the right one, he has no right to judge his decisions or actions.

The astrologer does not solve people's problems. Even if most of them come to the astrologer at different moments of their lives, one of their most frequent errors is related to the preconceived idea that the astrologer has the solution to everyone's problems. The astrologer is only a theorist, he can explain what exactly led to the problem, he can discover the origin of things, he can describe why it is happening right now, he can offer the trends of the situation, but he does not possess the antidote, the pill or the magic potion in the drawer, which restores the balance or solve the problem like a miracle. 

The astrologer does not specifically intervene in anyone's life. It does not act through subtle energies on destiny to make changes in direction, it does not fix mistakes through magical rituals, it does not solve aspects that have triggered the individual's unhappiness, but astrology explains what led to the situation in question. Here it seems that the great confusion between astrology and magic has infiltrated.

The astrologer does not guess, but translates a specialized code based on a practical component of this science - the movement of the planets - and an abstract component - the symbolism of the astrological elements. He interprets a configuration, a system of energies that intertwine, he deciphers a labyrinth of symbols , to finally translate them into terms accessible to anyone. Being a field that works with symbols, the "probability" component is greater than in any other occupation, but being "exact" in astrology is as difficult as for seismologists to announce an earthquake.

From the moment it entered society with a socially declared role, it can become an important part in the direct relationship with other professions. Astrologers can appear like this in medicine, in politics, in the mass media, because astrology can be applied in all areas of life.

But let's go back to the astrologer in direct contact with the man, the one to whom his message is addressed in particular. Beyond the confidant/listener and advisor/transmitter of messages, the astrologer begins to know the variety of human personalities. This is how the astrologer-psychologist is born, who will begin to "feel" the individuality of each character he comes into contact with.
